Is the assessment the same for all tiers?
Yes. Everyone answers the same 215 scenario-based items. The tier determines the depth and format of your results.
What exactly do I get with the free Observer tier?
Observer gives you a genuine first look at your future-readiness. You will see your overall Future Readiness Index and how you score across the three core skill clusters: Dynamic Adaptability, Strategic Problem Solving, and Agile Collaboration. Think of it as a diagnostic starting point. It tells you where you stand, but not why or what to do about it. For personalised guidance and deep skill breakdowns, upgrade to Navigator. For the full experience including your personality blueprint and Enneagram profile, Explorer unlocks everything. Upgrading is seamless and does not require you to retake the assessment.
Can I upgrade later?
Absolutely. Start with Observer for free, and upgrade to Navigator or Explorer anytime to access your full results. Upgrading does not require retaking the assessment.
Do enterprise or team licences get a discount?
Yes. We offer volume-based pricing for teams and organisations, with models tailored to programme size, deployment scope, and engagement duration. Enterprise pricing is available on request. Contact us for a consultation.
Are there refunds?
All purchases of digital assessment services are final and non-refundable once the assessment has been commenced or the report has been generated. If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents assessment completion or report generation, please contact support@tomorrows-compass.com. We will investigate and, at our sole discretion, provide an appropriate remedy which may include a replacement assessment or service credit. Observer (free tier) access does not constitute a purchase and is not subject to refund.
How long does it take?
Most people complete the assessment in about 35 minutes. There are no time limits, so go at your own pace. Your progress is saved automatically after every response.
Can I retake the assessment?
Yes. The TC Future Skills test can be retaken every 3 months — enough time for meaningful behavioural change to occur and show up in your scores. The Enneagram personality test can be retaken every 48 months, since personality is stable. Each retake requires a new purchase at the applicable tier rate.
Is my data secure?
Data is transmitted over TLS 1.2+. Sensitive user-authored content (journal entries) is encrypted at the application layer with AES-256-GCM. Hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified cloud infrastructure. Payments processed by a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider; we do not store card data.
